Eat Clean Step-X-Step is taking one step at a time.
How you currently eat did not necessarily happen overnight.
Step-X-Step takes a gradual approach. You take on one step at a time and progress when you are ready to add another.
Your taste palette is not going to help you change what you think is good.

If you decide to jump right in, the best idea would be to start by creating a one or two week meal plan with the ultimate goal of planning your meals four weeks at a time, ultimately saving time and money.
